Abundant Life Baptist Church

We began as Wheeling Baptist Fellowship in May 1992.
At that time we met in a rented building on Lumber Avenue in Elm Grove.
Over the next months we grew from three members to become Abundant Life Baptist Church in January 1993.
We continued to grow and in the spring of 1995 we voted to build.
The property of our main campus on Chapel Hill Road was purchased and we raised a building there.
We moved into that building in October 1995.
Abundant Life Baptist Church is an exciting fellowship of God’s people
reaching out to the world to share the gospel of our Lord Jesus.
We are all about shearing God’s love person to person.
Our love is expressed through our building teams as we
reach across state lines to meet needs of other congregations.
Through our giving to missions we reach around the world and across
denomination lines to support independent missionaries in Kenya and the Philippines.
