From Wheeling, PA - Take 70 East to Taylors Town Exit. (221), bear right off exit then make a left at the T onto Rt. 221 stay on that road till you come to Prosperity, PA. You'll bear right onto Rt. 18 South. Take 18 South about 8 miles and turn off onto Webster Road.
