11/14/2010 We just finished up a 2 day event with 3 services a spiritual renewing for our congregation. We had one one person give their heart to the Lord. Another one for God's kingdom. Guest Speaker Larry Garrison delivered great messages inspired by God's word.

9/8/2010 - Work is still being done inside the new addition. Class rooms are starting to be sectioned off in our old fellowship hall along with a kitchen being built in the new addtion.

8/14/2010 - Let's play ball. We had a wonderful day playing softball eating tons of cookout food and enjoying each other's company. We'll have to plan this again! Fun for all ages.

6/27/2010 - Our new addition is up and finished. We had our first event "church benefit dinner" in the new section. God is doing great things!

5/5/2010 - The walls on the new addition are up and the concrete is supposed to be poured tomorrow. If all goes well we should be able to utilize the new addition by the end of May. God is Good.

5/2/2010 - We've been blessed with 4 additional members to our church body since the beginning of the year.

4/7/2010 - We had a mission team up from Kentucky helping out around our church and community the week of April 5th. They also blessed us with making and serving dinner to us on Wed. night. We had a special service while they were here. We want to thank that team for all their hard work and giving hearts. May God continue to bless them as they gear up for future mission trips.

4/4/2010 - Easter Sunday aww what a glorious day. We had two services both went great. We ended up with 4 people giving their hearts to the Lord that day to. God is moving in our midst. Tell everyone!!! Jesus died, was burried and rose from the grave! He is coming again!

March 2010 - We have a new shed up and are awaiting the new addition of our church to be built. This will be a large dinning hall and area for recreation.

1/31/2010 Happy New Year! God has been so good to us. Our doors and hearts are open to all. We've had a steady number attending services and our building is about to be expanded in February and hopefully finished up sometime in March if all goes as planned. **A special thanks to the building committee for all their hard work and time they put in. Thanks to our congregation for all their thoughts and prayers. Thank you for your prayers.

12/20/2009 We are underway with plans for an addition onto our church building. .

10/11/2009 We had a missionary couple Karl & Chris Pearson speak at our church today. God has given them the desire to reach out to the foreign countries spreading the news of Jesus to those that have never heard of Him before. Please keep them as well as all of the missionaries serving in other parts of the world in prayer. "Until the whole world hears"

9/27/2009 God has been moving in our midst. His power and love shows forth throughout the congregation every day. God has a plan for us all.
We pray to stay steady in the Lord and wait on His timing for all things. Our congregation continues to grow so the addition to the church building is still on our to do list.
* The expanding library continues to reach adults as well as children each week. There are hundreds of books and now several DVD's to check out.
*Also new to our church is a MOPS - Mothers of PreSchoolers "Kids Play Date." Every Thursday from 10am - Noon. Children can come and start to learn their ABC's and numbers while gaining some knowledge of Jesus.

8/23/2009 Update on the Youth project. The kids raised enough funds to purchase 28 back packs for homeless children. Way to go! Thank you and God Bless all that donated.

8/16/2009 The Youth Group is on another mission to help kids in Pennsylvania. They are currently giving and collecting money to purchase backpacks for homeless children. There are over 55,000 homeless school age children in Pennsylvania alone. Check out what our youth are doing. YOUTH GROUP

6/14/2009 The Lord blessed us with a beautiful day and we were able to finish up a side walk project that helped out a local resident that is an amputee. We also got received new pews and are set for the following Sunday service.

5/31/2009 Our church now has a library consisting of books and movies free to the public to check out and return. Linda Parry had this vision on her heart and has put it into a reality. She has been working hard to setup the library. Come see the selection she has.

5/17/2009 We had two people join the church today.

5/16/2009 Spring clean up at the church went well and the flowers outside were planted just before the rains fell later in the afternoon. The Youth also had a clean up day at their youth center and also got a lot accomplished. Thank you to all that came out and helped. All of the hard work was appreciated. Thank you Charolette for the yummy lunch.

4/25/2009 We've expanded!! You will have to see what we did. In less than 1 week we expanded the current church sanctuary. With team work, willingness, giving hearts and God's help we pulled together and got all of the necessary work done. We hired out for some of the inside construction and then the rest was all done with volunteers from our giving church body. Many won't even realize the change until they start to look around. God gave us a beautiful day on top of it all to finish things up. There are still plans to enlarge the building more as well as add an additional sanctuary on down the road.

4/19/2009 Work has begun to expand the current sanctuary to make room for more pews until we are able to build and move to a larger sanctuary. We are planning to have more room by this coming Sunday! The church had two people join the church today.

4/12/2009 Ryerson Church is growing more and more. We had a record attendance of 143 people today, Praise the Lord! We are planning on a new building being up sometime in 2010. We also had a new member added to our church family.

4/11/2009 The Easter Cantata was performed wonderfully as always. It was truly a blessing to hear everyone giving their all and singing from their hearts. *choir

3/6/2009 Our church held a Pastor Appreciation Dinner for Pastor Phil & Janice for all their work they do for the church. We are thankful for them and for all that God is doing in their lives and the lives of the church body. *pictures

2/24/2009 Ryerson Church will begin building new Sanctuary in the spring of 2010!

2/14-19/2009 We had a team from Ryerson Baptist Church go to Florida to replace windows in a Flagler West Baptist church. *pictures

01/11-14/2009 We had the pleasure of hearing Rev. Bill Barker speak at the church during our recent 4 day revival. God continues to work and move in our Church.

10/28/2008 - Our church as been growing more and more. We give God all the praise for this. Building plans to add on a new sanctuary is in the works. We hope to begin work sometime in 2009.
